How to place an order

You need an account to place an order at BronxShoes.com. To register for an account or to login when you already have an account, click on ‘sign in’ at the upper-right corner of the page and follow the instructions.

When you’re signed in you’ll be able to look around and shop for your favorite articles. Place the articles in your shoppingcard. You will also be able to shop from BlinkShoes.com and all products from BlinkShoes.com to the same shoppingcard.

Is it possible to order individual sizes?

Yes, it is possible to order various individual sizes of articles, we have no minimum order value!

How can I pay?

We accept the following payment methods:

- Creditcard: Pay via a secured credit card transaction using MasterCard, Visa or Maestro

- Paypal
- iDeal


Orders placed on a workday before 4pm will be delivered within 1 or 2 days. Orders placed during the weekend, will be delivered the next Tuesday. Orders with a shipping address in other countries of Europe will be delivered with postal service GLS, duration times for shipping and delivery vary per country.

It is possible your order is delivered in seperate parts. You will be able to track your package by looking up the package(s) with the track & trace codes which you will receive after placing an order.

Attention! Please notice that around holiday season and black friday the transporters aren't always on time with their deliveries.

Handling Fee

Please be informed that a handling fee is charged for each order (€5,95 incl. Tax per order).

Can I change or cancel a placed order?

Due to the fact that orders are directly processed by our systems, in order to make sure the package is delivered to its destination in time, it is not possible to change or cancel an already placed order. If you ordered the wrong item or if you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us
